How VibeMan.pro handles account data, showcase submissions, curated project leads, uploads, analytics, and launch-help requests.

Last updated: May 18, 2026

These pages describe how VibeMan.pro currently works. They are written for the MVP and may change as the product adds new features.

What We Collect

When you use VibeMan.pro, we may collect account information such as your email address, builder profile details that you submit, project details that you submit, uploaded avatars, project covers, screenshots, and launch-help form submissions.

For curated showcase research, we may collect project names, public project URLs, builder names, and social or profile links from communities, public posts, or direct submissions. We use this information for verification, attribution, outreach, and showcase curation.

Public Showcase Data

If a project or builder profile is approved for the public showcase, information such as builder name, builder slug, bio, avatar, website links, project title, description, project URL, screenshots, tools used, category, and status may be visible to visitors.

Projects added under a generic VibeMan curated profile may include internal attribution fields, such as a Facebook profile URL, so we can contact or transfer ownership to the original builder later.

How We Use Data

We use data to run authentication, display public builder and project pages, review project submissions, respond to launch-help requests, maintain newsletter subscriptions, prevent spam, measure basic site usage, and improve the product.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use submitted private project details to train AI models.

Site Operations

VibeMan.pro uses trusted service providers to operate login, uploads, email-related workflows, site delivery, and basic analytics. Uploaded files may be optimized so avatars, covers, and screenshots load cleanly.

The site uses cookies and related session storage so signed-in builders can access the dashboard securely. Basic analytics help us understand aggregate traffic and product usage without showing us personal browsing histories.

Launch Help, Newsletter, And Messages

If you submit a launch-help request, we store the details you provide so we can review your blocker and respond. If you subscribe to updates, we store your email address and subscription source.

If you contact us through Facebook, email, or another channel, we may keep that conversation so we can handle your request and maintain context.

Your Choices

You can ask us to correct, remove, or transfer public builder or project information. If your project was discovered through a community post and you want it changed or removed, contact us with the project URL and the correction you want.

You can stop using the dashboard at any time. If you need account or submitted content removed, contact us and we will review the request.

Data Security

We use access controls, permission checks, and restricted administrative access to protect account, profile, project, and lead data.

No online system is perfectly secure, so avoid submitting secrets, passwords, API keys, or private customer data through project descriptions, launch-help messages, or screenshots.

Changes

We may update this policy as VibeMan.pro changes. The updated date on this page shows when the policy last changed.
